What is an EMG athlete like?
11.05.2023
Any adult over the age of 30 can participate in the European Masters Games. You don’t have to have an elite sports background, you don’t have to have World Cup records in your back pocket. You can be someone who just enjoys exercise or just playing with a group of friends and you are still welcome to take part in a true sports festival in Tampere on 26.6.-9.7. In most of the sports, athlete won’t need licenses, competition permits or merits to participate in the event.
EMG-Masters athlete…
- is enthusiastic about sports, one or more.
- is interested in exploring new cultures and host cities.
- nurtures friendship, community and togetherness.
- considers it important to have the best version of oneself / strives to overcome oneself.
- Practically anyone over the age of 30 who wants to create new memories and get new experiences.
As you can see, it is you who can be an EMG athlete.
